RETURNS

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any faulty item can be returned.

To start a return, contact us to approve your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns address. You are responsible for the return postage cost & please include the returns form so we can identify your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks & bidons for hygiene reasons.

All international sales are final and we will not except returns unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

IMPORT CHARGES

 

We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. POP is a UK-based entity so you may incur import charges. The customer is always responsible for these charges.
