We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any faulty item can be returned.

To start a return, first request a return authorisation via the returns centre link above and then simply follow the instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns address. You are responsible for the return postage cost & please include the returns form so we can identify your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks & bidons for hygiene reasons.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
